The 6th International Scientific Seminar “Reading Abai: History and Perspectives of Kazakh Culture in the Eurasian Space”

On 19 June 19 2024, our University hosted the 6th International Scientific Seminar titled "Reading Abai: History and Perspectives of Kazakh Culture in the Eurasian Space". The event was organised by the Abai Kazakh Culture and Science Center at the Department of Modern Languages of Pomeranian University in Słupsk. The Seminar was held in a hybrid format and was organised on the occasion of the 5th Anniversary of the establishment of the Abai Kazakh Culture and Science Center in Słupsk.
 

The centre is an important hub for conferences, meetings and student integration activities. It is a place for a dialogue between Polish and Kazakh scholars and a centre for the dissemination of knowledge about the culture of Kazakhstan. Its facilitative role is well recognised in the country and abroad. 
The event was organised under the Honorary Patronage of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the Republic of Poland.
