The "Leaders in University Management Course" was aimed at demonstrating well-established good practices at Erasmus University in Rotterdam. In particular, the course focussed on sustainable strategy development, the social impact of universities, boosting international standing and cooperation of academic institutions, triggering and maintaining staff engagement as well as promoting the entrepreneurial spirit among scholars.

 

The outcomes of the course will be presented to the management of Pomeranian University in Słupsk, and translated into concrete steps in the years to come.
